About Dom and Anna O’Reilly:
The O’Reilly Company is a family-owned craft beverage collective dedicated to producing natural, health-conscious drinks with an emphasis on quality, innovation, and sustainability. Founded by husband-and-wife team Dominic and Anna O’Reilly, the company began with a passion for fermentation and a commitment to creating beverages that fit modern, active lifestyles.
Starting with Anna’s Cider in 2017, the O’Reillys set out to redefine hard cider by using local ingredients, careful fermentation practices, and conditioning techniques inspired by fine Champagne. Their ciders are dry, clean, and refreshingly unique, avoiding the overly sweet, mass-market approach. From these humble beginnings—making tiny batches in a small facility on their property—they grew a loyal following, fueled by determination, creativity, and community support.
When the devastating Thomas Fire destroyed their facility in late 2017, Dominic and Anna refused to give up. Rebuilding through a Kickstarter campaign and sheer grit, they reopened in 2018 stronger than ever. Their story of resilience continued through the challenges of opening a tasting room during the COVID-19 pandemic, where they once again proved their ability to adapt and thrive.
The O’Reilly Company has since expanded beyond cider, introducing bold new products inspired by traditional beverages, like Mexican street drinks Tepache, Tejuino, and Pulque. They are constantly experimenting, incorporating locally foraged ingredients and sustainable practices to craft unique and expressive flavors—all while staying true to their mission of keeping things natural and health-focused.
