Hand picked grapes co-fermented with Syrah, 20% whole cluster, and partial carbonic fermentation. Gently pressed wine aged in neutral French oak for 8 months, no racking, fining, RS. All vegan, no BS. The wine medaled SILVER at the SF Chronicle’s 2025 Wine Competition. One of our most versatile offerings. Recommend serving witha slight chill with 5 spiced duck breast, Thanksgiving turkey with cranberry sauce, or roast chicken with Mexican mole negro.
