Description
Some people call these wines “orange wines” yet we promise there are no oranges involved in any way. Grapes only around here. Think of this as
the opposite of rosé, but something that compliments and drinks in a similar way. We harvest the grapes by hand and then put them in a vat for fermentation just like we would with red grapes. The juice maceration with skins during fermentation extracts color, tannin, texture, and much more, and gives the wine an orange or off-white hue. It’s quite tropical in aromatics, velvety and textural on the palate, and finishes with a mouth-watering juicy punch. The wine medaled SILVER at the SF Chronicle’s 2025 Wine Competition. Recommended pairing with
seared miso black cod or kimchi bacon fried rice.
